need help deleting copied files

[Windows 11]

I copied the 'Program Files' and 'Program Files (x86)' to my D: drive hoping it would free up space and didnt know it had actual stuff i apparently had to keep in C: so now i want to delete the copies but it wont let me "You need permission to perform this actionYou require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this folder" thats the error message because it wont let me send the image here
