Hi everyone,

I just got a new pc and have had an issue with it crashing at random times after minutes or even hours of use. All the blue screens are related the ntoskrnl.exe module. I have tried many different things including running a memtest, changing out my ram sticks, running a windows memory diagnostics test, running chkdsk c: /f and chkdsk c: /r. None of these found any issues.

PC Components:

CPU: Intel i9-10850k

RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB @ 3200 Mhz

Motherboard: MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Graphics Card: Nvidia RTX 3070

Storage device with windows installed on it: Western digital 1TB m.2 drive

Link to my system information: systeminfo.txt

Copy of my WhoCrashed report (this is the only one I have saved but they've all been related to ntoskrnl.exe):

On Sat 11/21/2020 6:37:29 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\112120-5531-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x3F5210)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x4E, 0xFF, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80673327C31)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This is a software bug.
This bug check belongs to the crash dump test that you have performed with WhoCrashed or other software. It means that a crash dump file was properly written out.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

If you'd like me to provide any more information let me know

Thanks,

Cory
