Need help am chasing ghosts trying to figure out hardware issue, machine reboots or freezes constantly.

But I may be wrong. Put Bios in safe defaults, no overclocking.UPDATE: was able to get windows to boot in safe mode so even more confused now Hardware below:Proc: Intel i7 13700k
