Need Help After Deleting the clone Windows 11 Volume 3

Hi, I need help, right now, i was got a 2 option are that same, the option is Windows 11 Volume 3, both are same, but when checking into the msconfig on boot tab, there's 2 different name detail, 1 is the newOS and Current OS. So, i began research first which are safe to delete, after deleting the clone of the Windows 11 volume 3 (which is the newOS, because when find one question on community, the man/woman say's do not delete the current os). after delete and apply, pop up warning says "bitlocker drive encryption is enabled on your os bla bla bla". So the question is it's safe to click yes/a
