Need help activating my newly purchased license windows 10 iot Enterprise 2021 LTSC

when I click change product key, and select the input box. I get an error and will not except my actual key value that I received. The product key contains 0's and 1's but apparently that is not a valid entry. Not sure what to do. Paid in full and can't use.
