need change region for my windows 11. It will be only for 2 weeks due to travel.

I am currently out of USA and I was borrow a computer Windows 11 with region in El Salvador. I need to switch region to USA in order to work. It will be just two weeks max. Then, swtich back to original region. I was not planning on working but it is a last minute call. Please help. I have to show region USA in order to connect to access my portal and time log in.

what regional setting uses parentheses for negative numbers as my region does not and windows 11 does not allow me to enter a variation.
