Need Bitlocker Recovery Key but no devices listed in my Microsoft account.

Windows 24H2 update has my computer booting into an endless loop starting with the Keyboard selection screen. No repair will work. I need files off my drive but it's locked with Bitlocker (no idea it was turned on, just got the new computer a few months ago from Geekom). My Microsoft account doesn't list any devices, so how do I get the Bitlocker recovery key??
