Need an ultimate way to get the folders automatically restored after crashes, BSoDs, reboots etc

I am currently on Win 11 24H2 26100.2454.I always have many folders opened with the File Explorer, about 8-15 on average.It is a well-know issue that when the multi-tabbed Explorer was introduced couple of years ago, with that update the option "To restore the folders after the restart of the PC" has become totally broken. Meaning if you had some windows opened, they will not be restored. Ever.Also, there are sometimes BSoDs with codes like "System_service_exception" etc, and there are cases when Explorer for some reason stops responding, hangs for like half a minute and then dies.In all of th
