Need a Windows Vista 64 bit iso or repair disk download to fix my HP Pavillion...PLEASE HELP

I restarted my computer and went to BIOS menu and tried recovery options, nothing works every time it starts up it starts up with the Microsoft Corporation and the download bar showing it's loading then a window that says Windows cannot complete the installation
