Need a UHRS task creators / task auditor contact / help

Help.I work on UHRS tasks.I was recently disabled from Mobile App Scenario (English). I have been successfully working on the app at a rate of 90% since January.Recently I stumbled on 2 questions and was removed. Is there any way to get back on this particular app?My UHRS Vendor can't help. Please how can I possibly get in contact with a back-end UHRS task owner or auditor?I was banned by mistake. Please help me escalate this. I appreciate any help.
