Need a phone number to report suspected fraud - someone supposedly representing Microsoft technician

A Harry Walsh, representing himself as a Microsoft technician, Level 5 tech. has contacted me on 1/19 and 1/20, supposedly clearing my computer from numerous virus and hack. He intends to call back again on 1/21. Each call has lasted 1 hr. How can I verify that Mr. Walsh is legitimate?
