Nearly all of the icons om my new Windows 11 laptop are showing as "generic". Any suggestions for how to fix?

I've tried deleting the icon cache, changing the display settings, uninstalling Norton anti-virus, and updating to the newest Windows version. A screenshot should appear below.I'm using an MSI Stealth G66 12UE fresh out of the box.
