NDIS LightWeight Filter Driver, Filter Class

While modifying the inf file of the NDIS LWF Driver, I got a question about FilterClass.

When referring to MSDN, only the types of filter classes and their relationships were explained.

So what does the default setting Failover mean?

And how does the behavior change if the Filter Class is set to the remaining values?
