NAS on Home network - one PC can access, another can't

This has been driving me crazy - and I'm sure it's something simple I've overlooked...I have a 2Tb NAS connected to my private home network via Ethernet. Two PCs running Windows 11 Pro (version 23H2 and 24H2, respectively). Each one configured the same, in terms of networks:network discovery Onfile and print sharing On, "Set up network connected devices automatically" is checked. each has an entry in their Hosts files to translate the NAS IP address to a friendly name (NAS2TB, in this case).The NAS appears in File Explorer on the network for both. I can successfully Ping the IP on both PCs.Th
