Narrator is speaking space at the end for a blank textbox, this is misguiding user

I am using Narrator in Chrome browser for accessibility purposes, after the recent Windows update when I start using our web application there narrator is speaking space at the end for a blank textbox. If the textbox does not contain any text/number then it should not speak space over there otherwise user will lead to misguided. please fix this issue as soon as possible
