Mysterious Realtek Bluetooth Adapter not working (Code 31)

I'm getting a mysterious Bluetooth adapter not working in my Device Manager, it shows up under Bluetooth category. It's mysterious because I have no idea where it's coming from, everything seems to be working otherwise. I've tried to update the driver, it says it's already the most current driver. I've tried to uninstall the driver, and it just comes back with the same same driver issue again. Realtek has a lot of products, so is there any way to find out which specific Realtek Bluetooth product is causing the issue?
