My wireless headset (Razer Kaira Pro for XBox) has terrible audio quality when using mic on computer.

Basically title. I've tried almost everything, I'm on windows 11, and heard about a hands free telephony mode that needs to be disabled, but whenever I do that it disables my entire headset. Is it possible to make my headset clear while still using mic?
