After changing out the CISCO Linksys E1200 router that had a SAGEMCOM modem combo for a SAGEMCOM 1704N, Router (with internal modem) I have been unable to print. All was fine until the modem stopped working.
I have deleted the printer and reinstalled it, turned off the Microsoft Firewall and tested, run the printer troubleshooter and all to no avail. The error message is that the "printer is not responding".
All other wireless functions seem to be working fine - - cell phones, I-pad, etc. are responding to the internet connections thru the router.
