My windows updates constantly fail

My windows updates are failing for about 2 months now. The Errorcode I get is 0x800700c1. I cant use sfc /scannow ("Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"). Windows Modules Installer is set to manual.Ive tried updating via ISO file from the USB Stick i mounted (Tried with Rufus too)Ive tried SFCFix (but every upload for the SFCFix.zip i found in this thread was outdated Redirecting )I r
