My Windows Update is not working.please help

I am trying to open microsoft store to download a game. At first glance it looks pretty well but after you click on any game iI get this message "Error Encountered". I've tried troubleshoots, windows update retry. Still doesn't work. same goes for xbox app. Please try to help me. I tried to insert an image so I could show you the screen but it failed.Waiting for your kind response, Thanking you,Windows 11 user.
