my windows storage sense is telling me to delete a lot of files and updates

hello, i don't know if i should delete everything from my storage sense and its telling me to delete an update i don't know if i should do this and it is tempting to delete the update and other system files. also, the update fle is around 15 GB and i don't know if i should delete the update and files also, will it cause problems if i delete the update?hope you can help meMateo corona.
