My windows keeps deactivating after being on my pc for a while but when I restart it goes away but the cycle restarts (Windows 11 home)

All the way in early september I upgraded my cpu mobo & ram and had no issues updating my computer since then. But until now, after the windows 11 24h2 update, my windows has been deactivating and it really bugs me to have to restart my pc after it randomly pops up while im busy. Yes, I have tried to troubleshoot and press the changed my hardware recently button but it just says my digital license for this device has already been used to reactivate windows and also gives me error code 0x803F700F. Please help
