My Windows HD got corrupted and i need to reactivate a new install of windows on my old account what to do?

Hello thereI have in my profile at least 2 windows 10 activated. 1 of them as i was doing some pc upgrades and it got broken down and i had to reformat the disk. Now i would like to do a fresh install of windows and have that same windows re-activated (Pro version)-->But i don't seem to get that option anymore (I bought that licence 10+ years ago) so i don't have the activation code key anymore. What do i need to do to reactivate that windows?Thanks
