My windows has been deactivated after my reset, the reset also didnt went smooth at all. Can someone help I have tried literally everything

I have tried a Command Prompt, Troubleshooting, Reseting, and more. This is not a laptop its a PC. I tried getting in contact with a live agent for microsoft but honestly was the hardest task ever and I wasnt even able to find one....
