my windows defender isnt working

i was playing games today like usual an suddenly my "d" key stopped working , i looke up for solutuion and 1 solution was related to winows defender thats when i noticed my windows defender isnt working , the service of windows defener was permanently disabled and everything was greyed out, i tried re-installing dll files some of them successfully installed an some had errors , i deleted all the files that i suspected of having malware , i installed a 3rd party anti virus (malwarebytes) and ran a quick scan and elete the malwares it showed , i used fixwin11an after that the windows defender se
