My windows crashes on startups.

My laptop crashes on startup and sometimes even randomly while I am using it (This happens on any random startup like sometimes it happens and sometime don't). I had this issue before where it got fixed by changing the port of ssd to another and reinstalling windows but this issue has popped up again. One thing I have noticed that both of the time this issue popped up when I installed a pirated version of Witcher 3: wild hunt (The website seems safe as I have downloaded multiple games from it but nothing of such sort happened from any game) and played it for some time.
