My Windows 11pc will not discover my built in apt. speakers even though all of my other devices can including my windows 10 pro laptop.

My bluetooth speakers built into my apt are discoverable on all of my devices including my windows 10 pro laptop, but for some reason not discoverable on my brand new windows 11 pc. It's the only device I want it for and I have tried every possible trouble shoot. Someone please help me. The sound system is made by a company called Russound and the model is A Bus. The bluetooth for that device is always running and the only interface I have is to turn it on/off and the volume up/down.
