My windows 11 update has downloaded 100%.s been stuck at 85%

I started this update at 5pm yesterday. At 2am the download had finished and I started the install then. It has been stuck at 85% since 7am. It is now 10am. Is there anything I can do to help this along? How do I know if there is another program interfering with it?
