My windows 11 license doesn't work after i purchase for the employees in hd leading company

Hi there I renewed my microsoft 365 standard and basic subscription for my employees in hd leasing company and i also purchased a windows 11 pro for 30 users but until now the windows 11 license didn’t work , don’t know why but i tried to add the new key for the users laptop but didn't work , even i download the iso file for windows 11 and tried to add the license after installed the operating system and didn’t work .Kindly i need you support to finish this issue Thank you Best regards Magfi AdamIT Director in hd leasing company00201222806153
