My Windows 11 Laptop won't shut off or restart update (even without installing the update)

Hello, i've encountered this issue since yesterday on Wednesday in my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop upgraded with Windows 11 (once preinstalled with Windows 10 at the purchase time). my laptop functionned normal as it before until at one point in the laptop running mode and when i clicked on the Windows start menu and in the power menu it showed two options for restarting and shutting down the laptop for an update and the other restarting and sutting down options ignoring the update, as soon as i click restart or shut down and update, the process takes like between 7 minutes and 10 minutes desp
