My Windows 11 Laptop just stucks on the windows logo after turning on from Sleep or Shutdown. Is there any solution to this?

I put my laptop at sleep and then turn it back on it just fails to turn on and gets stuck on the screen with windows logo. I have to force restart it by long pressing the power button and then turning it back on. It takes ages to turn on after that
