My Windows 11 keep making a weird disconnecting sound constantly + My Fingerprint Driver Disappear

Hello everyone, I've been facing a problem these few months and needed a help. My Laptop constantly giving a disconnect sounds and my fingerprint driver disappear, im trying many things such as troubleshooting, deleting my driver then installing it again by restarting my laptop and it keep going to make the sound overtime. For the fingerprint i had to restart my laptop so it worked, if my laptop turned off for a long time. It wont work again, each time the unplugging sound is played. it refresh the device manager and showing an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). Does anyone
