My Windows 11 Home (V-21H2) Laptop & 2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5028182) FAILURE TO COMPLETE INSTALLATION

My laptop is running on Windows 11 Home 21H2, and although two days ago all the Windows Security Updates were installing fine, the one ( 2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5028182)) will download, and install, yet when it requests to RESTART, it automatically continues to give me a response which states: SORRY, SOMETHING OCCURRED. NO WORRIES, YOUR PC WILL REMOVE ANY CHANGES. NONE OF YOUR DATA WILL BE AFFECTED. PLEASE KEEP YOUR COMPUTER ON AND PLUGED IN.)After this, it will CONTINUE to try and do what it stats in the above message, but it will never complete this
