My Windows 11 desktop PC freezes after 2-3 minutes, the sound completely dies, making a horrible noise, and does not turn off.

Sometimes also fails to boot up, and showed me a BSoD mid-boot, that said "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" at ntoskrnl.exe. This has never happened before, and my pc is less than 1 year old. I also haven't made any recent changes to it.
