my windows 11 computer wont download and install any updates just keeps saying error anyone know how to fix?

my windows 11 pc wont download and install an update it says i need I have tried all the comand prompt options mentioned in another post also manually downloaded the update and it still wont install says update not applicable to your computer even tho i downloaded the correct one
