My windows 11 computer stutters when i DON'T move my mouse

Hello, my pc stutters when i dont move my mouse. It's only started doing this recently, and it starts to stutter after about 10 to 15 seconds. When it stutters, the video output lags and doesn't catch up with what im'm doing, but the audio is fine.Here are my system's specs:Windows 11 Pro, version 21H2, build 22000.1936CPU: Intel core i5-4760 @ 3.40 ghzRAM: 8 gb ddr3GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710Also worth noting, that i have 2 hard drives, the one wich holds the system files has a capacity of 222 GB and i have 54,5 gb left.
