My windows 11/10 (I forgot which one) is stuck on "updates are underway " screen.

So my Lenovo laptop windows 11 is stuck resetting. One time a while ago, I turned it on and it brought me to an "updates are underway" screen. I waited for it to finish, but every time it did, it just happened again. Once, I left it on for three days, and that didn't work. I tried resetting the whole thing, but nothing helped. I couldn't even get to the log in screen.
