I use the PrtScn key several times per day. Yesterday evening it was working; this morning (18 Jan 2020) it was not working. My diagnostic approach has been:
· The first place I looked was the Print Screen toggle switch in Ease of Access/Keyboard within Settings; the switch was set to off.
· I changed the toggle switch to on and restarted the laptop. After restart, the toggle switch showed as on, but there was no functionality: the selected screen did not paste to clipboard or download to Screenshots in Onedrive.
· I have checked that Windows 10 is up to date and a further reboot has made no difference.
I have discovered that the Win/Shift/S key combination gives access to the Windows Snipping Tool. This gives adequate functionality for now, but I really want to be able to use the PrtScn key. How can I re-enable this key?
