My Windows 10 computer will not boot following installation of 2025-01 Cumulative update for 22H2 64bit

Hello, following the 2025-01 Windows 10 update my computer will not boot with my Logitech Universal Receiver plugged in. If I take the receiver out the computer boots OK. and once up and running if I plug the receiver in my Logitech Mouse is fully operational. Tis was not happening before the update. I have been into the BIOS Setup of the machine and the only boot option is to boot from my SSD which contains the operating system.
