My window is corrupted and i can't reinstall it.

my window seems to be corrupted. I am seen various services and other programs that are not working such as window defender is not working . What actually happened was that I have given my laptop to a independent or third party repair shop because i have been facing issues with my laptop's speakers. He doesn't repair the speakers but also he installed a fake windows in the laptop saying that might repair the sound issue. This issue was had some physical issues related to chip in the motherboard he says. I have tried Dism command, Sfc command, so finally i tried to reinstall the windows. After
