My win11 system powers down and immediately restarts, won't stay down even for a second

Hello,I am on win 11 professional version. Recently my laptop started restarting instead of shutting down or hibernating and I cannot figure out why. Even the sleep function doesn't work in one go. And even if it does, it won't wake up with power button like it used to before. I have to close the lid and open it every time. The system is acting weird.I have already changed what the power buttons do from option, untick from network adapters option to wake up computer, I have check the hard drive with chkdsk, dism & sfc and there are no corrupt files.
