my win 11 PC's wallpaper keeps changing to a black screen with the host name and my ip address showing in the bottom right corner.

I amthe only user of the computer, and originally when the message came i want able to use cmd prompts i then managed to fix it. but the message is still there. i have done 3 malware scans but nothing shows up.
