About 7-8 weeks ago I finally built my first PC. I was very excited. I bought lots of great parts, and for the first two weeks it was amazing. One night I started up my PC and went on discord. My connection was terrible but I thought nothing of it. I then attempted to play a competitive match on CSGO and I had over 200 ping. For some reason my internet just randomly decided to be terrible to my PC. Before the occurence I did attempt to port foward my internet for an Unturned Server for friends. After about two hours of trying I gave up and ended up using Hamachi. I have looked up plenty of things on google and I even reversed my port fowarding(I believe) and nothing says that messing up on port fowarding can really affect my wifi. I have tried pretty much everything I can think of. For the past month or so now I have only had the worst ping on any online game I've attempted to play. I eventually switched from wifi card to ethernet and i actually had decent ping and was able to play. I automatically assumed it was my wifi card, and bought a new one. I still have the same problem. At this point I've given up on this pc. If anyone has any solution that would be amazing. The last two things i can think of is factory resetting my PC, or getting new wifi. The second one is practically impossible as my parent is very set on atnt and their **** service. If anyone can somehow come up with solutions to this bs that would be amazing. (I have a EVGA Gtx 980ti, and I run a Windows 10 pro operating system. Not sure if it helps but I have an I5 6500 CPU.)
