My wifi is not working on my laptop but works well on my phone, and when i diagnose network problems it says the DHCP server isn't responding

The issue is that it also says connected sometimes but cannot open any website or search anything on the internet and i contacted my building's wifi service providers and they say there is nothing wromg on their side
