My WiFi connects but it says no internet - Win 10 / Surface Pro 3

Hello I was using my Surface when suddenly it said No Internet.All my other devices can connect to my router.I tried these:Router rebootStatic IP Different network (hotspot)Reset Network SettingsReinstall driverUpdated Windows (using USB tethering)Safe modeAnd finally resetting the WindowsNone of which works and still I can't connect to the Internet.Does it mean faulty hardware?
