My wifes pc keeps crashing and we are unsure why

We have changed the power supply, and updated the RAM. Each of these "fixes" stabilized the pc for about a week, then the crashing starts happening again. Here is the log from the latest crash(es). I do not know much about pcs so any steps/help would be greatly appreciated.
