My whole pc is zoomed in.

Today I opened my PC and everything was zoomed in. I was able to log in because I just had to press enter and then type in my password. I don't suspect it to be a virus because I can't recall installing something the last time I played. Everything is big except the background, and when I start a game the game itself is not zoomed in, except for my mouse, when I restart my pc or turn it off completely and start it again, nothing changes. Could someone please help me with this problem. Because I spent way too much on this pc just to buy a new one.
