My VPn connection doesnt work on Win 11 pro.

I use open VPN, and something happend, because from a day to an other, I couldn't use it anymore. An IT guy try to help me, and finally he reinstall windows. After the reinstall, vpn worked for a few days, but now the same again, from a day to another, it doesn't working anymore. I didn't do anything, it just happened again.Firewall is still off, the internet connection is ok. We did not know the cause, and the solution.
