My Volume Mixer just ignores any volume mixing and only allows me to mute the entire computer. Is there a thing i can do to fix this?

Unfortunately there isn't a error for this but All I can do is send a video of me showing what the problem is because for some reason i can not send photos or screenshots and another problem i have is that Windows just kind of removed the sleep button and I no longer have access to bring it back and only put my computer at "Hibernation"I tried to : Restart my computer multiple times Troubleshooting the Audio Look up solutions Nothing worked.
