My virtual ram is not being used

I have added 15360MB of virtual memory as minimum.(shown below)https://ibb.co.com/YZVZtmMPreviously, my system was functioning well, using about 20-40% of my virtual memory, and gaming ran smoothly without crashes. However, after a random restart of my PC, I noticed that Windows stopped utilizing my virtual memory entirely (as shown in the image) and started relying on the system working set instead.
